Welcome to Dynasty Dealer ("us", "we", or "our"), the premier fantasy football dynasty platform providing advanced trade calculators, comprehensive player rankings, and sophisticated analytics for dynasty league management. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy while delivering the best possible dynasty fantasy football experience.

Dynasty Dealer serves fantasy football enthusiasts who participate in dynasty leagues, where managers maintain rosters across multiple seasons and focus on long-term player value rather than single-season performance. Our platform includes tools such as dynasty trade calculators, player value rankings, community voting systems, and trade analysis features designed specifically for the unique needs of dynasty fantasy football players.

1. Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on the features you use. It falls into these categories:

Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, or with an email and password, we receive your email address and the name on that account. We never receive your Google or Apple password.
Profile and league information. Your display name and the Sleeper username you enter, plus the public Sleeper league, roster, draft and trade data we look up to power features such as league analysis and newsletters.
Your activity on Dynasty Dealer. Start/Sit/Drop votes, polls, watchlists, tracked trades, calculator settings, and newsletter preferences.
Subscription information. Your plan, its status and renewal dates, and whether you bought it on the web, the App Store or Google Play. Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple or Google; we never receive your full card number.
Sleeper sign-in for actions you request. Features that act in Sleeper for you, such as sending trade offers, use a Sleeper session you provide. It is kept on your device and passed through our servers only to complete that action. The one exception: if you are a commissioner and turn on Sleeper sync for a dispersal draft, we store your Sleeper session with that draft so each pick can be applied to your league.
Messages you send us, such as support or deletion requests, including your email address and anything you choose to include.
Usage and device data. When you use the website or apps we and our partners automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies. This supports security, analytics, advertising and measuring our marketing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our website for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

You can change which leagues you receive, switch how often you get them, or unsubscribe at any time — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can manage your preferences on your newsletter settings page.
To show advertising on the website and to measure how well our own advertising works.
To process your transactions (if applicable).
To find and prevent fraud.
For compliance purposes, including enforcing our terms, conditions, and policies.

3. Sharing Your Personal Information

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

The categories of recipients are:

Service providers that run Dynasty Dealer for us: hosting and databases (Vercel, Supabase, DigitalOcean) and email delivery (Resend).
Payment and subscription providers: Stripe for web purchases, Apple and Google for in-app purchases, and RevenueCat, which manages in-app subscription status.
Analytics and advertising partners: Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) and X (Twitter), which measure site use and our advertising, and Mediavine, which serves ads on the website. They may use cookies and similar identifiers to do this, including to personalize ads.
Sleeper, when you use a feature that looks up or acts on your Sleeper account.
OpenAI, when you use Dynasty Dealer in ChatGPT (see section 7).
Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect our rights and users, and a buyer or successor if Dynasty Dealer is ever sold or merged.

Mediavine Programmatic Advertising (Ver 1.1)

The Website works with Mediavine to manage third-party interest-based advertising appearing on the Website. Mediavine serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use first and third-party cookies. A cookie is a small text file which is sent to your computer or mobile device (referred to in this policy as a “device”) by the web server so that a website can remember some information about your browsing activity on the Website.

First party cookies are created by the website that you are visiting. 4. Data Retention

How long we keep information depends on what it is:

Account, profile and activity data (votes, polls, watchlists, tracked trades, preferences): while your account is active. We delete it within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or delete your account.
Subscription and purchase records: while your plan is active, then for up to 7 years where tax and accounting rules require it.
Dispersal draft data, including a commissioner's stored Sleeper session: with the draft until the draft is deleted. Ask us and we will delete it within 30 days.
Server and security logs: up to 30 days.
Messages you send us: as long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of it.
Aggregated or de-identified data, such as community player values built from many votes and trades, may be kept indefinitely because it no longer identifies you.

Analytics and advertising partners keep the data they collect under their own retention policies.

5. Security of Your Information

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

6. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability.

Access or correct your data: email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Newsletters: use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or your newsletter settings page.
Sleeper username: change or unlink it from your profile at any time.
Cookies and ads: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads through your Google ad settings or the industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info.
ChatGPT: disconnect Dynasty Dealer at any time in ChatGPT's settings.

7. Dynasty Dealer in ChatGPT

When you use Dynasty Dealer in ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends us the information needed to answer each request, such as player names, the trade you want graded, and your league format. It may also include technical context like your language or approximate location. We use this only to answer the request and do not store it, apart from standard server logs (which tool was used, whether it succeeded and how long it took), kept for up to 30 days.

Signing in is optional and only needed for features your Dynasty Dealer plan includes. If you sign in, ChatGPT receives an access key that works only for Dynasty Dealer's ChatGPT tools. It lets ChatGPT see your Dynasty Dealer account ID, display name, email address, Sleeper username and plan, and use the tools your plan includes. It cannot change your account, your leagues or your billing. We do not store these keys. Each one expires after an hour and renews automatically while you stay connected. Access ends when you disconnect, or after 60 days without use. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation history or your OpenAI account details. OpenAI's handling of your ChatGPT data is covered by OpenAI's privacy policy.

8. Children

Dynasty Dealer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
