Methodology
Built on 2026-10-02 from this season's NFL stats (nflverse, CC-BY-4.0) through Week 4, PPR scoring, running backs, wide receivers and tight ends with at least 2 games. Buy low: a real fantasy asset (Dynasty Dealer preseason value of 1,500+) whose targets plus carries per game rank inside the position's top 24 (top 12 for tight ends), who is scoring no more than 85% of his preseason projection, with under 25% of his points from touchdowns and no injury designation. Sell high: scoring at least 20% above his projection (and at least 10 PPR points a game, 8 for tight ends) while leaning on touchdowns (45%+ of his points, or 30%+ with a below-starter role) or on a thin role. "Trade value" is what the player costs today in real Sleeper season-long trades (Dynasty Dealer's redraft trade market, 0–10,000 scale).
What makes a buy-low candidate?
Opportunity that hasn’t turned into points yet. Targets and carries are the steadiest predictor of future fantasy points, so a player getting starter-level work while scoring below his projection is the classic buy before his points catch up.
Why sell a player who is scoring well?
Points built on touchdowns or on a small role tend to come back down, because touchdowns swing from week to week and a thin role leaves little margin. Selling while the points look great gets you the best price.
How often is this list updated?
Every week of the season, from that week's stats. This is the Week 4 edition; the names turn over as roles and results change.
