How are these dynasty WR rankings calculated?

The order comes from real trade prices: the engine solves the most recent 30 days of real Sleeper league trades and recalculates every 12 hours, with community votes applied transparently. The tiers are computed from the actual value gaps between receivers.

Why rank wide receivers by trade value instead of projected points?

In dynasty you acquire players at a price, not at a projection. Trade value tells you what a receiver actually costs and returns when you sell; projections only tell you what he might score.

How do WR values change in superflex vs 1QB leagues?

WR-to-WR order barely changes between formats — quarterbacks are what move. But relative cost changes: in 1QB leagues top WRs are the most expensive assets in the game.
